"Saffron at Sacred Sanctuary Healing is a fantastic teacher, with a real talent for channelling Reiki healing energy. I was lucky enough to do my level 1 course with her in March of this year, I was so nervous but she put me completely at ease!
We went over the history of Reiki, which was really fascinating and she provided some really helpful workbooks. The course was over two days, and she gave me the tools I needed to be able to create my own self-healing daily practice and the confidence to do it.
As part of the course, Saffron also did energy clearings, healings and attunements and honestly as someone with anxiety, I had not felt that calm and peaceful in a really long time!
I absolutely recommend Saffron as a teacher but also as an intuitive Reiki healer. You won’t regret it!"

"I had the most amazing and deeply relaxing Reiki session with Saffron, I can’t thank her enough! From the moment I arrived, her calm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. The space was peaceful and Saffron made sure before we started I was comfortable, informed and we discussed the intentions of the session.

"Having not tried Reiki before, I was sceptical at first and feeling quite nervous about what to expect.
Saffron put my mind at ease with her calming energy and welcomed me into her home. I felt immediately at ease and all nerves washed away.
Our session lasted an hour and I was blown away by the results, it was the calmest and most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time.
I was amazed that Saffron had felt what I was feeling at the same time and I am no longer a sceptic.

"Where do I start, as someone who was completely new to Reiki, I will admit I was sceptical at first but at the end of the session, I was left thinking why didn't I try this sooner. I had been having a really tough few years. I was holding a lot of heavy grief in me as well as having a physical long-term injury on my left ankle.
When I arrived for my session, Saffron was beyond welcoming and put me right at ease explaining the process and making sure I felt comfortable.
The Reiki space itself is beautiful, calming and extremely inviting.
Now the actual session. I am honestly lost for words. It was beyond anything I could have imagined.
What I appreciated most is after the session, Saffron gave me time to come round and then sat me down and talked me through what she felt. I appreciated this as it gave me the chance to say where it aligned with what I felt. Rather than me saying and then Saffron copying. And this is why I was truly amazed and knew it was genuine. As Saffron spoke through what she felt, I was blown away by how much it aligned with what I had been feeling.
I can honestly say hand on heart I walked out of the session feeling a weight lifted off me, both mentally and physically.
The really incredible part was when I arrived at the session I was limping due to my ankle injury.
When my partner came to collect me I hadn't realised, but he pointed out that I was no longer limping.
I then realised my ankle wasn't hurting anymore.
I honestly cannot recommend Saffron enough. Thank you so much Saffron for honestly helping me to start to move past my grief and I can't wait for my next session."
